Together with Jes Bertelsen, Jesper Juul, Michael Stubberup, Peter Høeg and Steen Hildebrandt the author of “Empathy – what binds the World together”, Rosinante 2012. Translated into German “Miteinander . Wie Empathie Kinder stark macht” Beltz Verlag 2012. Has been working together with Jesper Juul teaching relational competence for professionals and counselling and therapy with families in different european countries, for instance at DDIF ,Deutsch – dänisches Institut für Familientherapie in Berlin and at IgfB, Internationale Gesellschaft für Beziehungskompetenz in Innsbruck, Austria. Empathy – what binds the World together
The good and developing everyday life that children and adults share is based on empathy, awareness and presence. These qualities are often missed in our very busy life with a lot of stimulis and a lot of choises to be made during the day - for both children and adults. For many people the consequense of that is a lack of contact to their own inner strenght and core. In the workshop we will see, how one can strengthen this inner contact by the help of few simple exercises, where the heart, the mind, the body, the breathing and the creativity are involved.
